Hotelli on erittäin tyylikäs hieman paikallisten viinitilojen kartanoita "villa" muistuttava rakennus jossa on hienot sisäpihat, romanttiset huoneet ja hyvät ravintolat. Hotellin aamupalat, lounaat ja illalliset olivat erinomaisia. Palvelu on erittäin ystävällistä ja hotelliissa on hyvät parkkitilat. Hotelli sijaitsee laitakaupungilla ja hotellille johtavaa kapeaa tietä ja naapurustoa ei kannata säikähtää. Hotellilta kulkee näppärä kaupunki bussi...

”The property had recently been renovated and had one of the best bathroom design and shower! They had a very good designer or the owner had excellent design style taste and skills. Simone, the manager or one of the owners, also called cabs when needed, referred us to restaurants and shops we might need. There could not have been any better accommodation in this area,”

The size of the hotel made us feel at home but also the luxury made us feel VIP. It was a slice of heaven. The food was amazing and location is perfect. Shuttle service to Florence is a quick 20 minute ride. The grounds made you feel like you were in the Tuscan hills. Fabulous!”

”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

”Huippu paikka hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Rento meininki alueella. Teltoissa kaikki tarpeellinen mutta naulakoita vähän vaatteiden kuivatukseen. Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Kylppäri/suihku hyvät. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi loistavasti varsinkin kun tullessa oli rankkasadetta ja siksi tosi kostea ilma. Yöllä ulkona +17 ja sisällä...

The room was spacious and clean, and even though it was located on the first floor there wasn't much noise coming from the street. The location was really good, about a 20 min walk to the heart of Florence. I'd definitely recommend this and would book another stay here!”
