”The room was clean and spacious. Staff we very helpful.”

”Only problem was my android phone cannot connected to hotel wifi. My sister's iPhone had no problem but android bloke connection, not even let me enter the password. Hotel had provided technician phone number, but since I only stay one night, no wifi was not a big problem. I hope hotel can consider it, and fix problem before let customers make that phone call.”

”To be quite honest, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where we can walk up to your room from the parking lot and didn’t have much hope but to my surprise, The hotel property was very well managed and clean!! The staff was great. They were there when needed. The room itself was very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillow. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.”

”The place is old, spider webs in the room, weird smells, the fridge froze all of our drinks, the motion sensor woke everybody up each time somebody went to the washroom. Breakfast was terrible: apples with soft spots, large containers with Philadelphia spread that did not look very good, coffee was pre-sweetened. The pictures online look great but you will be disappointed, especially at the price point of the room. Charging $60/night would be more in line with the experience.”

”The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again.”

”I booked this place thinking it would be fine for just one night. I had a great experience at a Super 8 in the Redwood area before, so I trusted the brand despite the low price. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The area was quiet at night. However, the room had several issues: the lights, doorknobs, and hairdryer were either missing or broken. There was even a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. The broken...

”My stay here was great. The only issue I had was the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. If they open for lunch, that would have been nice.”

”The staff was more than just accommodating, they were sweet and extremely helpful. My only concern was how incredibly dirt and messy the state of the bed and it’s sheets were. Holy moly, blood stains, and a whole bunch of other stains rid the bed. What can I say tho, it was the cheapest place to stay. I’ll definitely not do anything last minute anymore. I highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to stay at the Hilton right next door. A very good mistake learnt. 3/10”
