”This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults.”

”Visiting my daughter before her Sophmore year starts at Chico State and we had a wonderful stay. We were able to relax and cook together. This is one of the only Vrbo's that has a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook food. The neighboring house that is managed by the same people is also very nice and fully stocked. We definately stay at one of these houses again, depending on how many people are visiting. Thank you!”

”Great location! Everything downtown Chico has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market - all within 3-4 blocks walking distance. Felt very safe in this neighborhood too. The accommodations were fantastic! Excellent A/C & fans (107 degrees the weekend we stayed!), great kitchen with all the supplies needed, Starbucks pod coffee & it was VERY CLEAN! Comfy & very homey feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely stay here again!”

”Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

”My friends and I had a lovely weekend at this property. It was comfortable and checked all of our boxes! It would have been nice to increase the heat on the hot tub but it was locked and we were unable to bypass. We understood it was set at 98 for the summer but the evening was chilly so we were a little disappointed. Nonetheless, this did not effect our rating of the property. ”

”One of the better Days Inn that I have stayed at. The breakfast was actually a complete one with waffles, eggs, cereal. good O.J., toast, etc. Most hotels now give you prepackaged rolls and coffee. The room was outstanding(#109)! King bed with modern furniture and a bigger flat screen TV. Only problem there was buffering on every station, though the internet was working fine on my laptop and phone.
