”Great staff, especially Abby at the front desk, she was instrumental in making sure that my room was clean and comfortable, she was very accommodating. Also due to my allergies, the cleaning staff made sure to vacuum my room thoroughly. Breakfast was great and the restaurant’s food was excellent! I enjoyed the bike ride! Thanks for everything, I will definitely return to stay at the Shade Hotel again!”
”What a great property right on the strand. Is it the Ritz, no. It’s an old building with a lot of charm and well kept. Jay and staff are amazing and very responsive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. ”
”First time using a hostel, reminded me of being in a military barracks. No frills but it was nice being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops.
I was a bit confused by the address of the hostel. The uber driver took us to the address, or rather the block where it should have been, but it is actually on the next street north which doesn't have car access.
I would stay there again.
