”The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. The checkin process was good. Our room was clean and the property was clean. The only thing that was not great was the hot tub. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak before bed but it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom so we opted out. Everything else was great.”

”Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort.

”The room and breakfast offering was what I would expect from an economy property, (which is what this is) but I felt the price was higher than what I would consider inline for this place. It may be due to there only being a few offerings available in the immediate area of the hospital. Not a lot of choice but to pay the premium when you really have to be there. ”

”I picked the hotel because it Is located between the Sky Harbor airport and the west side of Phoenix. (I was attending a wedding in that area., and I rented a car.)
There is not much around the hotel, except for a night club or bar down & across the street (I could hear the music playing Friday night.). I think there are just warehouses and a large parking lot next to the hotel.
The room with a King-size bed was clean and spacious.
