”Love that they had breakfast and free parking”

”The room was very neat. The staff was excellent. The halls and common area were beautifully maintained. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. I suffered back pain the next two days. Outside of the mattress issues, I have no other complaints.”

”So so”

”Federal Inn and Suites review We stayed at the federal Inn and suites 10 years ago when our daughter got married. I stayed there and it was wonderful. So when we returned to New Orleans for their 10th anniversary celebration, we decided to stay at the federal Inn suites once again. Our room was on the second floor. They have no elevators and no one to assist you to bring your luggage upstairs. My husband told the person at the front desk that we were in our 70s and he asked if it was possible...

”I especially love the kindness of the staff and how thoughtful they all were. I loved my room it was large with a nice view. Of course the swimming pool, and the gym. One thing I can't leave out. Oh the breakfast was so delicious 😋 everything was so spectacular the way it was presented. I enjoyed my stay.”

The breakfast isn’t good. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably won’t return because it’s not ideal...

”They were very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and dining area. Evening front desk lady was so nice!”

”All the lights on the property are flickering and a lot of trash in the side yard when we arrived. they said it was from the storm and a random board full of nails in it was right in front of the door to our room. The parking lot is full of potholes. There are random shopping carts in the courtyard for unknown reasons. The area around the hotel is concerning as it’s full of gang graffiti and run down businesses/homes They dont provide any hangers for clothes They dont provide any hand soap They...
