”I did not like anything about that place. The first room that was assigned to me, when I went into the room and tried to close the curtain, it fell down. The second room, The linens on the bed was full of stains. When asked to change them, the other 4 covers for the bed were just as filthy. The towels and wash cloths were awful too. And the TV didn’t work. Thank God that I had my own linens.”

”Ok pour une nuit sur la route si vous ne voulez pas payer trop cher avec un déjeuner inclus. À savoir, le lit manque de soutien, les oreillers sont bas de gamme et la climatisation fait du bruit. Pour notre part, on a mal dormi et ça été un bon levier pour se lever à 6h pour repartir sur la route tôt. Concernant le déjeuner, la distributrice de jus d’orange était vide mais au moins il y avait du jus de pommes. Rapidement le plat d’œuf s’est vidé et il n’y avait personne pour remplir les plats...

”The toilet was clogged when we arrived. (Needed it badly at the time) Staff not only made comments about it as if I had clogged it but they took 40 minutes and three trips to the front to get us someone to unclog it. They ended up switching us to a different room altogether. Definitely something that housekeeping should have noticed beforehand but at least they moved us.”

”Front desk guy was the worst I have encounter staff was no better in the office. Black men at that ,they all need to be retrained or replaced. Will never go to the establishment again.”
