”Rooms were terribly dirty. Called to hopefully change rooms. Was told they were short staffed and I wasn’t the first caller to say this. They send the cleaners to come clean it but we declined. It would take them an hour to clean up that room.”

”My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made:
1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.
2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing.
3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are...
