"The suite was very spacious with two bedrooms and a shared living room. Perfect for up to four visitors. Some minor details could be improved - for instance, most part of the glasses in our room were dirty, but the reception provided us with clean ones upon request. The service was extremely kind and all in all the hotel was very cozy. I recommend visiting the relax area and the gym which offered basic equipment for a workout."

"I think it's a bit of a bummer that parking needs to be carried out by the customer via yet another website. Hotels should handle their own parking thru and thru. Also, we didn't realize that the restaurant that handled the breakfast was a small walk, and that was a bit of a not so nice surprise as well for a walking-limited person such as I. Other than that, the restaurant also served dinner (a big plus), we managed to get a parking spot for the 2nd night and everything worked fine at the end. Breakfast was also super good!"

"Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Tämä on yksi parhaista hotelleista, missä olen ollut. Kauniisti sisustettu ja siisti. Saatiin vaihdettua lentoaikataulujen vuoksi lähtöpäivän aamupala tulopäivälle, koska lähtöpäivänä ei olisi ehditty sitä nauttia. Aamiainen oli huippu! Myös aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui ilman lisämaksua. Hotelli soitti taksin paluuaamulle. Erityisplussa ilmastoinnista, mikä ei taida Visbyn hotelleissa olla kovin yleinen mukavuus."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed in deluxe room which was fairly recently refurbished, spacious and had everything needed. Should note that hotel (or our room) did not have Aircon and the week was very warm (up to 30°C). With windows open it was manageable. It's an old building, so it's to be expected. Room was clean upon arrival, but during stay cleaning has room for improvement. I asked for cleaning one morning, expected it to be done having spent whole day out. Upon return room, it had not been touched and housekeeping staff had left for the day. I got the linen I needed, but I'd expect something this basic to be handled. Miscommunication or something. Overall we were very happy and small things like this don't ruin the overall experience. It's just something to improve on."
