”I stayed at this place from 7/31-8/02/2026. It was great for 1 or 2 person place to stay. Place was clean and quiet.”

”Room was clean, parking was great”

”Very comfortable, clean, and fantastic coffee. Great location in Old Town Vista w/brewery practically downstairs. Small space but perfect for a couple of nights. Also, easy secure parking in cute building. Had everything we needed. ”

”Convenient location with secure parking and easy access to North San Diego County. Perfect for our small family on vacation.”

”This was a perfect stay for my husband and I. It is a charming studio and the host was very helpful and accommodating.”

”Clean, well-decorated, and convenient. Would stay again!”

”Very nice unit. Owners take care to provide amenities to make stay more comfortable such as coffee in room, with French press, hot water pot etc.”

”Easy to work with and a beautiful space”

”Great location in Vista, excellent communication, comfortable digs. The bed was the best I've ever slept on in a rental. The rain shower head was very refreshing. We were very involved with family on this trip and did not need cooking facilities but the fridge and micro were there for cold drinks and would have made breakfast easy. Thanks!”

”I don't want give a bad rating, because the place was very clean and maybe the problem was us just not looking at the listing carefully enough. We didn't realize it was basically a very small hotel room in an apartment setting. Not much room for 4 individuals to move around. Since the listing said kitchen table, we expected a table and somewhere to eat, not one chair and a TV tray. If you're looking to only come home late and just crash, or relax on the bed, then this is the place for you.”

”Our family booked a stay here to be near Oceanside. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Additionally we are grateful the host was able to accommodate 2 last minute additions to our group. The unit is close/walking distance to vista village for eating and shopping and a very short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this VRBO.”

”Having a fridge in our room helped keep snacks fresh throughout our visit.”

”Photos do not do this place justice. Such a lovely space and the owners were so responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!”

”I found that windows shut tightly ensured peace from outside noise at night.Check-in went quickly without hassle paying deposit cash then getting it back after inspection.Bed slept nicely while AC cooled efficiently on warm evenings here.”

”Simple place near Legoland that offered what mattered: fridge and shower worked well, WiFi fast enough for emails.”

”Got here late but found parking right in front, room fit two of us comfortably and felt peaceful at night.”

”Rooms offered simple comfort that met needs easily during our stay.”

”Met our needs exactly. The only thing lacking, couldn't find a cutting board.”
