”Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.”

”The location is stunning – absolutely worth the view. The road to get here, however, is in very poor condition. The pool area is beautiful, and the gym exceeded expectations with amazing views and a much higher standard than the photos suggested. ”The quaintness of staying on a working farm in Umbria made the stay memorable. The accommodations were simple yet perfect. The owner and his family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinner was fantastic and very reasonable. The experience was wonderful and I would recommend it for those that want to experience Umbrian life.”
