Booked for a stay at Days Inn Southbound M5. Found out when I parked up that the hotel was on the Northbound. Had to walk over the bridge to the north side - facing oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Car was left in the southbound car park but I paid the hotel for parking and they assured me the southbound car park would be informed. Just received a £100 fine which i will not be paying. Complained about the fact I booked accommodation on the southbound (not indication that the hotel was northbound) and also complained about being charged £100 for parking. Waiting to hear about both.

"We booked based on the Hotels.com website. It appeared mid range catering to functions and events. On arriving after booking in earlier we started to find the unfortunate truth. Employing sufficient staff to provide customer service does not appear to be a priority to this set up. We didn't encounter ..."
