”Upon obtaining our room key cards, we encountered an issue with their functionality. It took approximately 30 minutes to obtain a replacement set, which unfortunately also failed. Subsequently, it took an additional hour for the sole individual available to assist us. The problem extended beyond our room, affecting three other individuals, including an elderly woman.
