”When I wanted to add a night they tried charging me 450$. Air conditioner was broken, and although they offered us to move it was 10pm and even though we chose not to move they were unapologetic about it. The hotel is old, but the room is well appointed. The one bright spot in the whole mix was the bartender was really nice and friendly. I would opt to stay somewhere else if I were you.”

”After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up. ”Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”
