"Room was a fantastic size for the family, however curtains were a little threadbare, and it's in desperate need on painting. Breakfast was limited with no fruit or cereal options that weren't sugary. Enjoy it though"

"Great hotel wright next to beach, with ample parking. Breakfasts good. Bar area more set up for meals, great terrace over looking the sea. Good Hotel if you just want a beach because not a lot of other pubs about, Taxi into Yarmouth ÂŁ12.60p. Also no lift in hotel."
