”On the outside, it looks like a "Standard" hotel. But open the door, and the rooms look great! The bed is awesome and its so clean. ”

”Providence Mall and numerous restaurants within 5 min walk. Hotel also has restaurant but we didn't utilize. Hotel clean, all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Was our first stay but will definitely go back.”

”The location is excellent - easy walking in downtown Providence. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and maintained. My only quibble is the "city view" room on the second floor provided not much of a view. Also, there is a small table in the room, but no chair (an uncomfortable bench too awkward to work with) so working in the room was not possible. ”

”Overall a good stay. Staff was attentive to needs and room was clean for the most part. I did see mold behind the dispensers in the shower that was gross and could probably be addressed with some tilex spray but overall decent. ”

”I love this Hampton Inn. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from the Amtrak train and take you to the hotel free of charge. In addition, they offer a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are so comfortable. I got the best night's sleep. It is located on 2 blocks from Johnson and Wales University, which was our purpose for going to Providence, RI. I loved the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. Staying there was like staying with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
