Room had a strong urine odor and no matress covers on the yellowish disgusting mattress. Ice machine did not work the entire 3 day stay but could have been from constant use due to hotel being at capacity. Many breakfast items were gone by 9 am.

The hotel is really nice there Beas just a misunderstanding with my breakfast being included. I did see a charge however someone in billing made the correction as soon as I called she was very nice and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel.
