âOverall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for.â

âThe stay provided a really welcome break.
The hosts met us to check in and were really warm and welcoming. We were shown around the property and assured to contact them if we needed anything. We didn't as the accommodation had everything that we needed.
I was slightly concerned that the room may have been cold given the time of year, but it was really warm and cosy and well furnished. The shower was also powerful and hot. I would definitely recommend for a short break. â

âProperty was very pet friendly and staff were wonderful. There were however issues with the room which impacted our stay. The mattress was very hard and pillows soft and lumpy. Due to this our quality of sleep was very poor. The rooms did not come with a small fridge which would have been helpful as chilled food had to be taken to reception each time. There was no ironing board in the room and no telephone so each time you needed something you had to take a long walk to reception and back. Apart...
