The property is situated at the edge of the historic Powązki Cementary with the famous ''Avenue of the Distinguished'', which provides both opportunity to being close with Polish history and greenery. The area is also well-developed which helps to fulfill all daily needs. In the neighborhood guests can find a supermarket (200 m), a pharmacy (400 m), and a drug store (550 m), as well as many restaurants and cafes.

The apartment can also be a great starting point to explore the rest of Warsaw thanks to the good access to other districts. The closest metro station, “Młynów”, is 1 km from the apartment, the closest bus stop is 50 m away, and the streetcar stop is just across the building (10m)! The streetcar provides excellent means of transport around the Warsaw - the direct access to the 1 line metro station ''Ratusz Arsenał'' takes just 10 minutes, and to the Old Town - 13 minutes.
