The staff were welcoming from the front gate to the reception to Andy the concierge. The hotel was very clean as was the room and facilities. Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. In the âTroutbeckâ room there is a nasty trip hazard into the bathroom. A stubbed toe was annoying but a cracked skull would have been more so. Tip: if itâs not fixed ...
