”This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

”Ideal location, close to where I needed to go. The rooms very comfortable and clean. There are a few things I didn't like. First they were doing remodeling so there were boxes and equipment in view on the back area. There is a large crack on the outside stairs in the front and the railing seemed loose and bending outward. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.”
