Hotel is minimalust. If want to iron gi to floor 6. If need ice go down to 1st floor bar to get it. Self checkin and out on kiosks. Convenient fair priced food at bar. Also full service breakfast including lattes for additional cost. Id stay again. Just know what youre getting

Hotel rooms are very small initially but after we found the bug in the room they have change and gave us the big room. Staff is very supportive but overall is ok. The first Initial room we felt like we are living in RV because too small.

Great stay! They give u a cute iPad to control the room that was my favorite part. The park is a little crazy but other than that I enjoyed my stay!! The hotel overall has a beautiful aesthetic.

You can't stream anything except from your own device, and for some reason need to give your credit card info just to do so. They have one size of pillow: giant. The bed is poor, the water pressure is very poor, the climate control is poor, only the location in the city is a plus.

Tiny space, but all needs met. Only drawback was lack of parking. We knew this heading there and used spothero and found a space nearby with in/out privileges.

the hotel is high tech from the moment you check in with a kios to controlling everything in the room with a mini iPad, I would have rated a 5 star if the room were a bit larger, as it is, I felt like an RV !!

The hotel was clean, neat and had a new look feel. Room are very small. It felt like I was on a cruise. But it has everything you need. Staff VERY friendly, attentive and helpful.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because we could not get in to the building. We arrived exhausted after a delayed flight to D.C. We took a Lyft to hotel and there was no staff monitoring door. I appreciate the additional security measures to avoid intruders. Unfortunately those measures kept my husband and I outside at 0100AM. We finally got in and had a few issues using the key card elevators.

Amazing little rooms, super modern with an iPad to control everything. Check in was very easy. Only downside is it’s $50 to park overnight each day, so it can get kind of prices. Typical of the city though.

Great design in combination with a very functional room. Small, but well thought through. All room functions can be controlled via a tablet. Hotel has a nice rooftop and is a 5min walk to L'Enfant Plaza metro, which is one of the major metro intersections in DC.

The rooms are very compact. Vanity is located outside the bathroom. There is not coffee maker And not iron either. This is important to get a crispy collar before a meeting

For starters the service was quite bad, in 3 days they never made the room, no soap on the shower, the room was "fully" automated but the iPad control was extremely slow and a pain to use, I had to use my phone to watch TV because the selection of channels was very limited and, finally, the food in the restaurant was plainly bad, not to mention that they had cold sandwiches and the food toaster didn't work The hotel claims that you're saving the world by staying with them, but they charge as much as a "full service" hotel! Oh by the way, if you want a 2 hour late check-out, you have to pay over $80!!!

The hotel was very cool and clean. The rooms were too too small! I have stayed at hotels in cities and in other countries and I have never had to climb over my husband to get out of bed! The shower was in the bedroom! No privacy at all!

Very limited food options, at some points there was no working oven and very little is located nearby after 6pm. Being served burnt popcorn after a half an hour wait is not ideal. The breakfast provided seemed fine but has an additional cost as well. You were also given the option to select what days cleaning service was being provided and an employee began to enter on an unexpected day as I was getting changed out of my travel clothes. I'm not sure why as it was not a cleaning day and the room was ready to be occupied.

One issue was the self check in. There was a person to assist but I do like the personal touch. I did NOT like the iPad control for all room functions I.e. TV control, climate control and lights control.

This is a great little hotel that is very much like a European boutique hotel. It’s clean and comfortable, with easy check in and check out. Much less expensive alternative than staying in the navy yard near the stadiums. Great place!!

Loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable with everything you might need close by. The room was not very big - but Really well thought out. The only downside was breakfast which was a little chaotic.

unique decor and a sense of personality that was engaging and fun. the whole room ipad control was great as well as being a good information center. This is a great place for the solo or couples traveler. Beware the night curtain as they are extremely good and if you don't set an alarm, you won't notice that it has become day... but that might also be a plus.

This hotel is such a wonderful place. It was very modern clean in the stack of very approachable. This was a great stay the room as well. The bed was comfortable, and I love how they controls everything in the room.
