”Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!”

There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. ”The bedroom was not fitted for handicapped especially if you have a wheelchair. The hallway in the 16th floor smelled smoke and carpet was dirty even in the bedroom. The hot water came on after 30 minutes of waiting and the water pressure was so slow. The highlight of our stay was the behavior and attitude of one of the front desk employee. She was very sarcastic, she thinks she can just yell at me. She needs to go back to school and learn, good manners and right conduct. I do not recommend...

”The hotel definitely scammed Expedia.com . It looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk tried to scam me out of $100 for security purposes but that wasn’t written on Expedia. Then I had to prove I needed a 1st floor by showing the front desk person my cane. We had to pay $10 to park behind their gate to witness any and everything all at once. Get to the room go to the bathroom and the biggest cockroach I ever saw was in there. To say the least they got to keep my money even though I didn’t...
