”Stayed in the hotel for one night since my congress hotel nearby was fully booked. A very positive surprise in the English countryside: friendly staff, tidy spacious rooms, good quality food. I will visit again, should my travels take me into this direction.”

”The Railway Inn is a small hotel, over a pub that closes reasonably early and literally next to the train lines. The barkeep is also the hotel staff and the breakfast cook. She is terrific and lively. My room was on the second floor - spacious with two excellent twin beds, comfortable bedding and kettle, cookies, etc. They would like entry by 22.00 which I did not see in the ad, so I arrived later and she directed me to reach my room, which she had left open. The breakfast is cooked to order...
