”I was double charged (paid Expedia first and then was charged again by the hotel when thinking that I was just showing the credit card to confirm my reservation)”

”Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

”I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager.”

”This property needs a lot of work. Some of the staff was great and others were not. It will do for a night visit but I wouldn't stay here more than one night.”

”There was an a lot of construction going on and the rooms were not as advertised for two queen beds. There were two full beds. Overall I saw that they were attempting to incorporate changes but try not to rent rooms in a hall way where you are missing walls and ceiling tiles. ”

”Dirty place with people congregating and partying in the parking lot. I would never bring my family here.”

”This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

”I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott”

”The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Cooked to order- properly and room was very clean. Claudia was an exceptional host as she informed us of restaurants and things to do. ”

”Our room was okay. However, the shower gel was empty. Couldn’t even get a squirt out of it. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled. The “free” breakfast was a joke.”
