”I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. The room was warm, the water was hot, the sheets, floors and everything else was clean. No complaints. And once again I got a great deal on the room. This is not my first time at the motel and I stay there whenever I’m in the area. ”

”Stuff very friendly except i guess the older guy with the mustache probably the manager of the property that he needs to smile a little bit more and have better manners. Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from...

”Very clean! Thoughtful amenities. Super cute decor. Two small suggestions to make it perfect: The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess. The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night. ”

”Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”

”Beautiful building, the bed in the Captains room wasn’t comfortable, but overall it was a nice stay. Little bar was within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again.”
