We stayed in the luxury suite 3. It was spotless and the staff were extremely detailed and attentive, always delivering great service with a genuine smile. The room service was impeccable. Would stay again

Really disappointing stay here. We booked the standard room which, based off the photos, looks like it has a window in the bathroom looking onto greenery.
