”We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s lobby was beautiful, our room was sleek and comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I’d highly recommend it and would certainly stay again in the future!”

”The standard rooms are fairly small, especially the bathroom. But they are wonderfully appointed, the bar/lounge is stellar, and the staff (from top to bottom) are fantastically well-trained, helpful, and friendly. I recommend upgrading to a larger room for the perfect stay/experience.”

”The young man working the overnight front desk should be running his own hotel one day! I’m rarely impressed with professional acumen, kindness, and sincere effort to go above and beyond. I literally watched this young man treat a dozen or more people checking in with such professionalism that I was astonished. The rooms are extremely big, super clean and they have an indoor pool, I however, it was freezing cold.. the breakfast exceeded expectations. I think it’s a wonderful hotel at a perfect...

”Room was great. My only issue was I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. Well that hot tub had MANY floating bugs in it in addition to not having hot water and jets barely blowing. It was highly disappointing considering that was the only reason I chose the hotel. ”

”It was great to be able to park on the same level as my room and get to it directly. Also, the location is outstanding — it’s right next to the river walk, which is beautiful. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks.”

”The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!”

”Rooms were clean, but air conditioner was real noisy in first room. Maggie the desk clerk was very gracious and changed our room. The new room was very good. Beds are comfortable, we were not able to have breakfast as the shuttle picked us up before breakfast was open. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and accommodating.”

”Despite other negative reviews, the stay was better than expected, room was clean and had useful inner and outer doors, even several hot breakfast items in the morning.”
