”The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star .
The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . ”

”Perfect stay. I did not expect breakfast included so it was a nice surprise.it was a good selection.
I used the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna and it was not busy.
We used the park and ride bus which was a cross the road from the hotel when we went to the city centre which was £2.50 return. ”
