”Absolutely loved Grace! She greeted us upon arrival and was available the entire weekend for our stay. The small staff was exceptional! All very friendly. Accommodations were modern and clean, bed was comfortable. While it wasn’t a bothere to us. Be warned they have live music on weekends so it will be noisy from 9-11p.m. We would stay here again if we were ever to come back to the area.”

”we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. ”I felt priviledged to be able to spend 2 nights in the west wing of Dartington Hall. Amazing gardens, the Great Hall and a good restaurant, even a film theatre. The room was stylish and comfortable and bathroom and toilet (in the corridor) very clean and adequate.”

Our Family room was lovely , very comfortable with everything you needed for your stay . Plenty of tea, coffee, water, milk & lovely biscuits layed out on display . Tv , comfy beds & towels, soaps shower gel etc supplied . Dartmoor Lodge offers great choice of French & English food on the menu there , a lovely indoor &...
