”I loved the location. Pictures are true to what the space looks like. At first they gave us a room on the second floor on the street and I asked to change, but they said there was no other option at the time. When we got to the room, there was an old dental floss pic on the floor and crumbs next to the bed so I asked to change the room and they did. They miraculously found one on the seventh floor, which was better and clean. This place itself was just beautiful. And the staff was helpful. I...

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023.
Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC.
Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice.
Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food.
Some minor issues with the room. Toilet seat's...
