”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023.
Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC.
Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice.
Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food.
Some minor issues with the room. Toilet seat's...

”The hotel itself was wonderful! A perfect hotel for a weekend trip to the city. We had an amazing time. The only downside was that the key making system was down our entire trip (Friday thru Sunday), leaving us with one room key between 4 people. While not detrimental to the overall stay, it made it very inconvenient to go anywhere separately, as the hotel required a room key to go up the elevator to the rooms. Not a trip-ruiner, the stay was still great, and I would recommend the hotel to...
