”Staff were very friendly!!! The lobby was kept very clean and stocked on light refreshments. The room was cozy, but the walls were thin. You could literally hear people chatting from next door (although muffled) and you can feel people walking. The room was mostly clean, but I did find a few hairs in the bathroom, a stain on the toilet, and some broken plastic piece hanging from behind the bathroom mirror. The motel is within walking distance to the beach and a short 5-10min walk to State St,...

”We were on a roadtrip and stopped in Santa Barbara for two nights. The motel were on the upper part of the main street, few miles from the beach. The host of the motel, Michael were really nice and a good guy. The free bikes in The Presidio were an excellent add on. The room were clean and nice, nothing to complain. A big plus also for the sun deck, where you could take sun and drink your own beers. One of the best if not best of our motels on our trip. ”
