Olin lähettänyt viestin hotelille 3 päivää etukäteen, mutta en saanut vastausta. Tullessamme soitimme hotelliin, eikä hotellista pystytty sanomaan kuinka kauan kestää ennen kuin kuljetus saapuu. Odotimme 1,5 tuntia. Vaikka hotelli lopuksi oli ihan hyvä varaamme seuraavan kerran hotelli, jossa on kiertävä hotellikuljetus...

”I fell for the good pictures they used for marketing. Our room key hardly worked and had to keep going to get it fixed. The room needed paint in a corner and was over sprayed. I get it’s an older building but it was a bad experience. Some stuff needs updated or work. I try to be good and more positive but I couldn’t with this stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and helpful though. Front desk wasn’t really. So glad someone was available to open the door when the key wouldn’t work to get in....

”The rooms were clean and organized. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices to choose from. Staffs were very nice especially to the night receptionist who checked us in. I forgot to ask his name. He made sure we are comfortable in our stay.”

”It was close to the hospital which was wonderful. The room actually was like a dorm room. It was fine. It was comfortable but definitely not worth the price we paid. On the flip side, it is an extremely accommodating and necessary facility for families and patients who are long term or out of town and needing the room for any type of stay.
