”House was super cute. The bathroom was small..but functional. The tub was slippery. Would stay again.”

”Terrific property, well maintained and perfect for large groups of friends and family. Things we enjoyed the most on our trip:Clean! So clean, and I am a person who checks for bed bugs every where i go. Great beach/outdoor space. And lots of provided chairs, toys, water items, and yes even corn hole. (Plus we spent a ton of time on the deck. So so nice. )2 full bathrooms with closets and bins for your stuff. YESSSS.Central air conditioning. Enough said. This is place is worth the price. Thank...

”This was a really nice unit. Not on the water, but within a few minutes drive time to Houghton Lake, and 20 minutes to Higgins Lake. Lots of beautiful trails, boat launches, and public parks. Located on a quiet street, close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again. The host was more than accommodating, and made sure every need was met. The house is well equipped, even down to a crate for your dog. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus!”

”This is a lovely cottage that is a short drive to South Higgins State Park. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils and dishes. The back screened-in porch is a nice little addition. We did not use the greenhouse/gazebo in the back or the fire pit. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed near Higgins Lake. ”

”Lots of room, comfortable beds, very clean, alot of outside seating, and very nice burn pit, very close and easy walk to the lake, very quiet neighborhood, made for great early morning and evening walks with our dog, had everything we would have needed in the kitchen, centrally located so was able to visit other cities within 1.5 hour drive, cannot say enough nice things about this cottage”

”Such a beautiful place to stay and just relax. Cottage was equipped with toys and activities for children. Property being fenced in was a huge plus having young children. It was properly stocked with all the necessities and essentials you could possibly need. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming again! ”

There was a few things that could have been improved: the bathtub took a little longer than normal to drain, and we had a few issues with the AC unit, but other than that our stay went well! We really enjoyed the fact that there was a privacy fence, a fire pit, free WiFi, and a grill. Also, the hosts were very helpful when we had to get in touch with them with a few questions. ”
