”Just a little under whelming , tiny tired room, cold hallways. Dirty breakfast room ”

”everything worked. only downside is that Forest of Arden has kept the credit card deposit open for more than 2 weeks, which is annoying.”

”The room was a nice size and very clean. Everything felt well maintained, and the space was comfortable for the stay. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience.”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it. Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out. The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes. Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss. The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept...

”Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)”
