The shower didn’t work annd was broken. Even after I told the front desk nobody came to fix it. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it said no smoking. People around me in adjacent rooms were arguing and screaming. I told the front desk clerk twice and nothing was done. ...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sanford- Lake Mary by IHG
Nice, comfortable room. It was very clean. Nice shower with good, strong steam of water. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend.

Alling House
Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful property. Internet info and courtyard photos are old and outdated, though. Breakfast is no longer provided, and there is no one onsite. This host has thought of everything! Extra fans, coffee, comfy blankets and sunscreen at the door. She knows how to enjoy this great, friendly town and doesn't hold back. We loved our stay in Sanford and this was the perfect place in the center of it all.
