”Arriving on really hot day. Long queue in check-in. Waited about an hour just to check-in. Got to the room really late to find out the AC does not work. And the room temperature is way over 30 degrees C. Could not even open the window. Too tired after travelling to change the room. So suffered the whole night for really hot room. Could not sleep too well. Really nice and good breakfast buffet compensated a little bit the experience.”

”Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. ”

”Hotel is gorgeous! Very clean and smells so good. Feels newly remodeled, plus the room was suite style. We had appetizers at the restaurant and it was good. Hotel is very close to a tube station, so it worked for us. There was not any cafes or restaurant close by, otherwise, 10/10. ”
