”Magical cottage overlooking waterfall in forest! Beautiful experience!!”

”We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

”This property was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is super clean, updated, tucked off the main road and has the cutest porch for morning coffee. It’s equipped with the essentials and a 12-15 min drive to groceries and Dreams Park. Host was available and answered quick when we had questions. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”Amazing views from the top of the lake. RIGHT. ON. THE. LAKE. Kayaking was great. Porch swing was relaxing. Decor was rustic in the best way. A real throwback, somehow also modernized. Loved it!”

While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”
