”We wanted to stay near (but not in) Swansea and this location was perfect. Lloc Llo is a former farm building which has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a lovely open plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen, two decent sized bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. The place is steeped in history and makes for a very interesting place to stay.”

”The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend.”

”Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare.”

”The check in and checkout was easy, lock box instructions. The place was clean and there was a nice parking spot for our car. The flat has three levels and each level had a baby gate. This made traveling up and down the stairs tedious and annoying as you had to unlock the gates. It was a close drive to the city center.”

”The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm...
