”We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit.”

”HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast was homemade and delicious everyday! We went Memorial Day Weekend and it was a bit hot. It would have been amazing to have a fan in the room but we understand the architecture of the place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It was also great the televisions had streaming apps for when we had down time. It was a phenomenal place to celebrate our engagement! ”

”Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful. ”This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
