”Pleasant staff on arrival, clean room,no air con but was a fan in room,parking was free.”

”Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for.”

It was also uncomfortably warm, not benefiting from any air conditioning although a desk fan was provided. ”Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. ”It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!”

”This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.”
