âThe front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. â
