”I have to say customer service was awesome, room was crap after spending over $500 on crap room. Dust everywhere, walls not painted, doors nasty, and so much more and when asked about the room I told them about it and not a single penny back tells me they don’t care about the rooms and only care for money.”

”I was disappointed. We arrived late due to a long drive and traffic conditions. I did call hotel to let them know. But when we arrived the key given didnt work we had to go back to desk to get it . Very annoying when you are exhausted. 2. Room was not as advertised.3. The pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable and no sheets were provided. We had to hunt them down with staff. Not going back there.”

”Good basic motel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Minus for the location near busy road, which is actually also a plus because it was easy an access with a car.”

”I have stayed in Country inn and suites several times up and down the east coast, the one in Knoxville Tenn was by far the worst. I voiced my concerns to the front desk manager upon my exit. I felt as though she was very indifferent and even suggested that I should have stayed somewhere else. Actually I tried to do that, however there was a big event happening that weekend and I had my dog with me so my family and I were stuck. Ama (the manager) she would reimburse me for part of the stay, so...
