”I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

”Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

”This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!”
