”Great customer service/support. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very cozy, they provide everything you need, the cabin is modern and updated and also off the beaten path but only 10minutes from pigeon forge downtown. You can door dash to the cabin and enjoy a movie or head out very easily and be downtown within minutes. ”

”Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning!”

”We stayed at the Zen Den while moving our daughter into college and it was wonderful. It was extremely comfortable and we appreciated having the conveniences of a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and parking space. Both the master and murphy beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops along Gay Street. If we had any questions, Lisa was very prompt and helpful with her responses. We would highly recommend Zen Den and hope to stay...

”The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”
