”Good basic motel. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Minus for the location near busy road, which is actually also a plus because it was easy an access with a car.”

”It’s not new and it’s not fancy, but it is so clean! You can tell by the beautifully maintained planters around the front door that someone is working to make this a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. There’s even a homemade waffle bar in the lobby for breakfast. For the price, you can’t beat it. ”

”It’s an old hotel but very clean very friendly staff and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again. My family lives out there so I will be back plenty of times. Beautiful pool very clean breakfast was good. ”

”I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep. ”
