”Room was clean and esthetically pleasing. There was a bit of mold starting on some of the grout in the shower area, but didn't bother me enough to complain. Balcony was lovely to enjoy a drink and read, although I wish it were cleaner (like a sweep at least). The view over the marina and the lake was beautiful. Will definitely be going back.”

”Aside from noisy door openings closing in halls, and over priced and slow valet its a great hotel with friendly staff and renovated rooms and huge TV’s with excellent TV station selections esp able to find usa station other than CNN! Gym could be a little bigger as 3 people in it makes it a crowd and air circulation not so great”

”We (mom & two teens) stayed one night for a track and field meet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the sitting area and the extra doors between the bedroom and the hallway. The staff were excellent, both the front desk and the maintenance person who came to explain how to use the air conditioner (which worked great!). We did not try the pool or the restaurant. We were worried by some of the previous negative reviews, so the hotel exceeded expectations. ...

However, my room was damp upon arrival, had a stained wash cloth rolled up for my use as of clean and I the shower curtain had an odour ( urine like) that I could smell upon entry of the room. After use of the shower the smell was stronger. I bought a candle to help.”

”Came to surprise our family friend’s son for his 6th birthday. Told the front desk and Karen was very helpful and gave us a room that’s near them and we were able to surprise the birthday boy with ease. Also requested late check out and got an additional hour, which really helps cause our kids wanted to swim before check out. The room was great, only issue we faced was the A/C not going lower than 21deg while the other a/c in the kids room was able to go as low as 18. So it was kind of hot and...
