”Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb.”

”This was not a good stay. I walked into the bar and it was full of people swearing and shouting. I felt uncomfortable asking for my room booking. ”Nice one! Great room with a king size bed, spotless clean, spacious and cosy. The only minus was the extremely strong smell of washing detergent in the bed linen - this hotel is not suitable for allergic people!! Our clothes smelled like the washing detergent for days later... Otherwise nothing to complain about, staff was great, friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was good. We could stay again in this hotel.”
