Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

The staff were excellent from check in to check out, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained, a very comfortable stay.

The staff were faultless, and paid much attention to my border collie (not surprising: that always happens.) The room was too hot and there were a lot of strange stains on the walls. Very weird. The rooms were good otherwise. Bathroom very stylish and functional. Bed= comfortable. Good thread count ...
