”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The refilling station for water and the bikes avait for borrowing were an added touch that most places don't usually offer. I loved the funky decor and the themselves throughout the hotel. Top notch.”

”Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town.”

”Gave away reserved room that was paid for. Had to find last minute alternative. Completely useless staff. Staff stated no rooms available, Expedia site stated 7 rooms available.”

”Great location, very clean, great breakfast. The only downside was not enough staff at peek check in time and 1-2 of the 3 elevators were down during our stay. That resulted in long waits just to get to the room.”

Having 2 sets of water and dryer on my floor at no cost was very convenient. There is a public pool across the street next to the High School, which you can swim laps if you want. The room and bathroom were clean. Parking on the street was easy to find a place close by. It wasn't easy to check in to the room. There could have been better explanation...

”TV remote in my room did not work, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Overnight parking was $56, including taxes, with no EV chargers available. Not a great value for the $$.”
