”The beds are very firm. Not so nice if you you like a softer mattress. The room was adequate and stocked. The most surprising thing for a hotel with rooms at $200+ was the disrepair and lack of maintenance. There were large cracks in the walls, patches of different carpet on the floor, bleached/faded spots in the carpet by the elevator. Right outside that area, the carpet was loose with large wrinkles. Be careful where you walk! 😥 I didn't read any of those in reviews prior to my stay.”

”We are unhappy with the expedia policy of not listing handicap accessibility for the rooms. We were unable to obtain handicapped accessable room that included shower and grab bars. The hotel told use that because we booked thru 3rd party (expedia) they couldn't accomodate our needs. Very unhappy with expedia.”
